PARKING GARAGE
If you would like access to the Executive Parking Garage on the Lower Level of the building, you must see a member of Management about access. Spaces are limited and are assigned to each person per each tenant lease as well as the Parking License Agreement. If you already have access to the garage and have questions about the spot that has been assigned to you feel free to contact Building Management.
FITNESS CENTER
If you would like access to the Fitness Center located on the first floor, you must fill out a waiver prior to receiving access. You can use the button below to download the Fitness Center Waiver. Waivers may be turned into the Management Team in Suite 250 or submitted digitally. Management will modify your key fob access permissions once they have received the waiver. The “access card number” is the first 6 digits of the fob number located on the back of your access fob.
WORK ORDERS
Please use the button below to submit any work orders to building maintenance through Building Engines. If you do not yet have a Building Engines login, please reach out to a member of management.
TENANT HANDBOOK
Please see our Tenant Handbook as a guide through your tenancy here at Cornerstone at Cantera. You may find the Handbook by clicking the button below. It has valuable information on the building itself, our amenities, as well as how to be prepared for an emergency.
